Requesting a refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

 

Because purchases are made through the App Store, refunds are handled entirely by Apple—app developers aren't able to issue or process them. Apple reviews each request and makes refund decisions at their discretion.
